Dental Receptionist/ Dental office administrator Location Vienna, VA : This is a full-time oral surgery office treatment coordinator position for a new oral surgery office. There will be opportunities to learn and grow with the practice and you will be valued as a team member. Appropriate training will be provided to succeed in your role. This is not a very fast-paced environment and the emphasis is on great patient care and relationships. We are looking for someone who values long-term commitment and growth in practice. The primary responsibilities will be: 1. Assist in the overall daily management of the office including marketing and strategizing to meet practice goals. 2. Perform front desk duties: Answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments 3. Insurance verification and breakdown 4. Present treatment plan and answer insurance/billing-related questions 5. Collecting and posting payments 6 CPR and X-ray certification is a plus Experience: Experience working in a dental office (Required) Exceptional customer service skills (Required) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Experience with open dental software is a plus Knowledge of insurance plans is a plus Experience answering telephone Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed If you are interested in learning more please reach out to me at 571-786-8677 I look forward to hearing from you Check out our website at
