Note: Applicants must be currently residing within the state of Colorado.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and manage clinic systems efficiently.
Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments, outpatient visits, procedures, and other necessary appointments.
Confirm patient information, including demographic and insurance details, to ensure accuracy.
Educate patients on appointment preparations, appropriate attire, and any special instructions.
Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal reimbursement and minimize financial risks for both patients and the clinic.
Refer self-pay patients to financial counseling for further assistance.
Coordinate patient encounters using various system applications, including scheduling tools, clinical operating systems, eligibility verification systems, medical necessity applications, and scanning repositories.
Shift: Full-time position with daytime and evening shifts available (8-hour shifts).

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance, and billing processes.
